Shipping & Delivery
We know your time and privacy are important; at Irvine Seed Company, we are proud to offer fast, discreet shipping with tracking. All items are shipped within 2-3 days after the order has been placed and paid for. If you place an order on Saturday after 1:00PM PST, your package will be shipped on Monday.
Once we receive your payment, your order status will be updated within 24 hours to 'Awaiting Fulfillment'. Once your package has been dropped off at the mail, your order will be updated to 'Shipped' and a tracking number will get emailed to you.
While we are happy to offer seed delivery, we recommend determining the legalities of purchasing cannabis seeds in your own state before you order. We cannot be held responsible for legal issues that may arise due to your order.
Please note: Once a package leaves our office (ie: once your package has been dropped off at the USPS store), we are no longer responsible for it. If the following occurs, please speak to your local postal service, as we are unable to assist you:
-If you accidentally entered your mailing address incorrectly, we cannot be held responsible for packages being delivered to the wrong address. Please note that we cannot guarantee facilitating address changes after your order confirmation has been received; once you have received a shipping confirmation email, the matter is entirely out of our hands. If you realize you entered an incorrect mailing address after placing your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
-We print your address exactly as you enter it. If an incorrect entry leads to a lost shipment, we don't reship for free.
-Once your package is marked as “delivered” in any way by the postal service, we cannot be held responsible missing packages. If you are concerned that someone has taken your package off your property illicitly, please reach out to your local postal service to take further steps.
-Packages being shipped to Canada, we do not guarantee arrival and do not refund orders that are confiscated by customs. We have not experienced any issues to date, but we cannot control what happens once the package leaves our hands.
Please note that during peak growing times and holidays, the number of orders we receive increases drastically. At these times, we cannot guarantee delivery times, but rest assured we are working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

Tracking Your Order
Keep tabs on your seeds!
We ship all our orders with a tracking number, so you know where your package is every step of the way, from our post office to your front door.
When we ship out your order, you will receive an email that includes your shipping confirmation and your tracking number. Use this number to track your parcel by visiting the USPS website or click here.
Even with a tracking number, we know errors occur. If you have not received your package by the maximum shipping time, please contact your postal service and inform them of the issue (you will need your tracking number). If the postal service is unable to assist you, contact us and we will attempt to find your package for you!
