How do I know Irvine Seed Company is an authentic company, and I’m going to receive my order?
Irvine Seed Company honors every order placed by our customers. Simply put, a good relationship with you—the customer—is a mutually beneficial arrangement; it ensures good reviews and referrals, keeps you satisfied, and increases our client base. A tracking number for your order will be emailed to you in order to keep tabs on your package. If you are concerned about the legitimacy of our company, feel free to give us a call and we will be happy to answer any questions and set your mind at ease.
What is your shipping policy?
Orders are shipped via USPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you immediately upon your shipment going out. Our packages are shipped discretely in a small, padded envelope.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship to the U.S. and Canada. We do not guarantee arrival and do not refund orders that are confiscated during the shipping process.
Is it legal to order cannabis seeds?
The germination and cultivation of cannabis seeds is illegal in some states. Irvine Seed Company offers cannabis seeds solely as collectible, adult souvenirs for customers over the age of 21 to help preserve the cannabis genetics for future generations. They must not be used in conflict with national/local laws. We will hold no liability for the misuse of this product.

How long will my order be held before it is canceled and relisted on the website?
To ensure unwanted cancellations all orders must be paid for within TEN DAYS of placing your order.
